1. 📥 Submit an audit request form to let us know you are interested in our services.

    <aside> ℹ️ You can also reach out to us directly if we already have an established communication channel with you.

  2. 💬 We’ll reach out to schedule a “Discovery Call” with you to learn more about your project, budget, and timeline and to answer any questions you have about our service.

  3. 🧐 We’ll complete an estimate and give you a quote based on factors such as lines of code, code complexity, specialized logic or novel implementations, and test coverage quality. In certain circumstances, we may request an additional quick meeting with you to clarify the scope.

    <aside> ‼️ We cannot provide a formal estimate until you share the finished code. We may be able to offer a rough estimate in advance if you can describe pending changes, there are not many of them, and they are minor.

    </aside>

    <aside> 📌 The estimate will include the date of our current earliest availability for the audit. We will reserve this start date for you for up to 24 hours after we deliver the estimate so you have time to review it. Please let us know if you would prefer us to reserve a later start date.

  4. 🤝 Once you agree to proceed with the audit, we'll send you a service agreement contract and an invoice for the deposit payment.

    <aside> ℹ️ We'll reserve the audit schedule for up to 3 business days after sending the paperwork and deposit invoice. Please let us know asap if you will not be able to make the deposit payment within that timeframe; depending on demand, we may be able to extend this period on a case-by-case basis if needed.

  5. 📆 We’ll firmly lock in the schedule for your audit once we receive your signed agreement and deposit payment.
