Last-minute cancellations are disruptive for our team and costly to our company. Therefore, we kindly ask that you provide us with as much advanced cancellation notice as possible. To help us recoup some of the expense of having unbooked time as a result of an unexpected cancellation, we have the following cancellation policy:

Whenever possible, we will work to rebook your scheduled audit time with an audit for another client and may still be able to issue a full refund with less than 2-weeks notice.
