We’re looking for an amazing Biz Ops Generalist to help our talented engineering fellows accomplish whatever goals they'd like.

Macro Fellows are elite senior engineers who have:

Joined 🚀 projects like Uniswap, Synthetix, Frax, Coordinape and many more
Built and secured core infrastructure in web3 as auditors and smart contract engineers
Raised capital from top investors

Work directly with the leadership team to advance the business goals of the DAO
Starting by working directly with fellows to help them achieve their goals after the fellowship (see above for common outcomes)
Connect graduates with the relevant folks to help them succeed, whether that's other Macro staff, hiring partners, or other people in the broader Macro community
Build strong relationships with hiring partners by understanding what they’re looking for in engineers and maintaining a high bar for intros
Onboard more hiring partners by explaining how the program works, how we earn placement fees, and how we make high quality 1-1 intros based on both job-seeker and hiring partner preferences
Build the DAO’s strategy for maintaining a strong brand among students and hiring partners and how to scale recruiting services
Coach graduates through the job search the process to ensure successful placements
Build relationships with and engage alumni periodically to ensure they remain a part of the Macro community
Use your finance / operational / analytical skills to build strong, evidence-based processes to drive the successful placements

3+ years of experience managing B2B relationships, 1+ in a direct sales or recruiting role working with engineers
Strong interest in the Web3 and Crypto space
Experience evaluating and placing engineers
High emotional IQ - ability to build rapport with candidates and employees
